I am the 2nd oldest of 9 kids so I know the meanings of "to have and to want" since we were mostly low income with only my dad working. I know that hard work bears the fruit of your labor. I am Blessed with a large and close family.

I am happily married to the man God sent to me. I asked for a wonderful man to love me as I am and for me to love him the same and I have received my perfect match. My husband is a most loving husband who works hard to provide for us and allow me to stay home and raise (and homeschool) our 2 healthy beautiful kids the way God wants us to. Connie, I do believe in organ and tissue donation! I wear a plastic green bracelet that has "DONATE LIFE" on it. I wear it in honor of my Mother. When she was called Home, I donated her tissue. She was 2 months away from her 80th birthday. I know she was ready. She had the sweetest smile on her face when she died.

I googled organ and tissue dontaion and signed up as an organ and tissue donor. I have a card that I carry next to my driver's liscense. My body is a shell. When I go Home, I will receive a new one. (I am taking as good a care as I can of the one God gave me though).

I will continue struggling with other health problems Diabetis ,thyroid ,bp, and much swelling in my legs .
But each morning I thank God that I do not half to sit with that machine for 4 Hrs and be poak with them 17 gage needles for all of you nurses out there you know how big that is ..

Connie, do you mean how many have donated organs or how many are going to donate? I truely believe in donating organs and tissue. I was really surprised that Mother could donate her tissue (skin, tendons, and bone). I am glad that she could though. My Mother loved life and she love people. She was a wonderful lady. Before she went home, she had to bury 2 husbands and both of her sons. She still has 2 daughters here on earth, but I know she is having a blast working in God's gardens.
