For the first time in 10 years I have gone to the doctor, and been told I am healthy! I am bouncing off the walls here! This really is exciting news for me!
I was concerned because I was feeling fatigued. The doctor and I talked it over. It turned out I had stopped drinking anything other than fruit juice or water. I gave up my gallon a day tea habit about 2 weeks ago. She says my body is just taking time to get over the caffeine. She was right, since Thursday I have felt like I have boundless energy! I can actually stay up until midnight now, with no nap!
I do lay down and rest while I read, but I can read with out falling asleep! Yesterday I finished a book, I read an entire 200 page book in 1 day! (I finished it at 11:55, and did not read between 8 am and 4 Pm)This morning I have already finished one load of laundry and begun another, and gotten ready for work.
I feel a need to use this energy, that I have never had before, to benefit my home. I plan after work to finish my office, decluttering and such, then tomorrow I will make a schedule, I can DO stuff now! I am not stuck to what I can do in 15 minute spurts before my energy is depleted!
So this is how it feels, to be healthy!
BTW the trip that sparked this was my 1 year cancer check up that was a little late due to insurance issues (they changed doctor offices on me) I am officially 1 year cancer free! The anemia the cancer caused is also gone!
The new doctor is a friend and church mate of the old doctor. Since I was fatigued he sent me to this general doctor.
God has been so good to me! This is as close as I can get to shouting from the rooftops!
hugs
