I am happy to be back here. I haven't been here for a few years as I was helping run our family business. I'm still there more than I want to be but we are all realizing that our home runs more smoothly when I have more time at home. We are working toward that goal.
We are a homeschooling family with children age 7 and 11. We follow the TJEd education philosophy. Our children are busy with church activities, our homeschool group and 4-H. They are trying to convince Daddy that they should do dairy goats this year. I am the volunteer site coordinator for a fruits and veggie co-op called Bountiful Baskets. Through this I am able to help many families. I love to cook, bake, can, crochet, knit, read, serve others, have frugal fun, travel, and sleep. I am currently studying how to use herbs, nutrition, and natural methods for healing.
I look forward to being here a bit again.
